The Work

Opened the wall and removed damaged cast iron piping, then installed a new cleanout for future maintenance
Rebuilt the bathroom sink drain using a new dirty arm, P-trap, pop-up assembly, and installed a new sink and faucet
Replaced angle stops and supply lines for both sink and toilet, and installed a new toilet supply line
Updated shower and tub with new valve cartridges, trim, tub spout, drain, and overflow trim; caulked all new fixture penetrations for a finished seal
Fully cabled and jetted the sink drain line to clear blockages and restore proper flow
Performed a complete leak test on all fixtures and cleaned up the work area before leaving

The Outcome

Bringing the bathroom back to full function meant more than just a fix. With new piping, accessible cleanout, and upgraded fixtures, the entire system is now built for reliability and easier maintenance down the road. Everything was left running smoothly, leak-free, and ready for daily use.
